Ash fidgeted uncertainly, not even slightly understanding what Zavijah was doing. She did something with a knife and then suddenly looked sick, pale... Had she lost so much blood? He wasn't sure what he could do about it, and he looked to the two officers in hopes that they'd know what to do. They certainly seemed to be the ones in charge right now.
Really, he just wanted to go back home. He hadn't even been able to accomplish his goal for the day - to bring back pihg meat for Doktar Jeddy. He wrapped an arm around his chest, holding it tight over the wound. The potion had done nothing for him save warm his throat and leave him feeling vaguely drowsy, but the knife-wound in his side was still fresh - not bleeding anymore, but that was largely due to the healing charm Zavijah had thrust upon him earlier.
"Si tuor ekess gethrisj okarthel," he mumbled, a slight tired whine to his words. He gestured vaguely in the direction of 'home' as he continued: "Shilta yth gethrisj ekess Doktar Jeddy?"

Alessio waited as Cassius called in for back-up and medics, listening with his head slightly cocked to the side - his eyes didn't leave the injured woman and youth, however. When Cassius shifted, he gave his partner a curt nod and gestured for him to go. When the twisted wolf ran off, his gaze finally left the two of them to follow the beast, tracking its progress as far as he could before turning back to them.
The pale man regarded them silently for a moment, one brow twitching as the youth said... something. He wasn't sure what language that was, not one he knew, not a human language - the only word he understood of it was the heavily accented 'doctor'.
"Yes, there will be doctors here shortly," he replied, his lips turning just slightly downward at the corners. His gaze twitched from the youth to the woman - she at least spoke a language he knew. "But first... Do you two have any identification? IDs, registry...? While we wait, we may as well get that squared away, as it will be necessary for paperwork later..."

zavijah:
her ears twitched at the loud crackling of the strange box the officer brought up to his face, but lowered at the mention of 'two injured people' she did not know what ambulances were, but could only assume that it might be a large crowd. . . .
she really doesn't want to be surrounded again. . .
she glanced at the officer, seeing him pull the skin over his head before the crackling, tearing, popping and shifting of flesh and bone ensued. . .once again, returning towards the wolf form that he had prior. . . before she glanced over towards Ash, when he started to speak. . . .she noticed him gesture towards a direction before saying something of the sorts of 'doktor jeddy' . . . she paused for the moment in thought, he obviously did not speak English, nor does he seem to understand what is spoken to him. . .mostly. . . . although there was quite the language barrier, there were some small holes within this barrier she believes. . .
perhaps he was directing towards a place? 'doktor jeddy' may be a person rather then another phrase within his tongue. . . the phrase did not seem to follow how the other parts of his language in how sounds. . . "it will be alright. . .I believe you will be able to return home soon. " she replied softly towards ash before the pale one seemed to regard her.
there was a distinct foulness in his expression. . . . it wasn't necessarily specific to her. . . but rather seemed aimed towards everyone as well as simply being in inconvenienced by the situation overall. . .
"Yes, there will be doctors here shortly," the pale one seemed to frown more as he regarded her, seeming to confirm what he might of picked out from what Ash had spoken of. . . . She pondered in thought. . . .if the effects of the talisman wear off, then it would only be a matter off time before one of them burns themselves on her. . . Her blood harming them . . . . another innocent harmed by having anything to do with something like her. . . .
She could admit to being a halfblood, perhaps warn them from harming themselves with her rather feral fire. . . . . . . But would they know what that was? . . . . . Then there's the chance she would be put to execution. . . .or worse. . . Taken as a living trophy. . . . Then what was to say for ash? He knows nothing of what occurs. . . .would it be fair apon him if he was captured for being affiliated with such?. . . .would he be executed or captured just for this cause? From the encounter with Stenson. . . it does not seem to be the case. . .then again, there was chance he was either new and naive to their ways, or was simply the more lenient of the ones she had encountered thus far. . .
When the pale one asked for Identification . . . Or what she could assume were other variations of such she couldn't help but think.
What in God's name did the pale man mean by such? though her beloved, she understood what 'identification' means. . . through context she could only assume that as another variation. . . unless what the pale one had listed off were three different items. . .she merely bowed her head abit in response.
"I apologize, but I fear I do not understand as to what you reference towards in regards of your question. . . forgive me for assuming such. . . but my name is zavijah. . . " she replied towards the pale one. hopefully this was what he meant. . . .
hopefully. . . . .

the remaining of the hunters that had separated were scattered in a rather radial formation. . . . .although irregular due to varying endurance and speeds, who ran uphill versus who ran down hill.
the only ones who seemed to have stayed together was one of the men who had his arm removed, and the one who had lost his index finger. they were heading at an adjacent down the mountain towards the valley in hopes to try and get help for their injuries, if not simply find their cars and completely avoid the hospitals. . . although, with their injuries, and their state, they would need to come up with a story should they end up going into an hospital.
Emily, who had also lost an arm, ran towards a valley, towards were a dumpsite of Aluminum, or more accurately, the impurities produced from smelting Aluminum products were to be later further processed. such as burnt and molten dirt, glass, and any other metals that had a lower melting point then the metal. her nose burned and her eyes watered, but she could still see, since she was not the one who took the full brunt of the strange smoke bomb. she somewhat recognizes the direction she headed and aimed to attempt to slip past the obnoxious fumes, to try and overwhelm the senses in case she was followed. she needed to slip away for long enough to figure out or with enough time, wash the strange smell off of her. maybe lemons and skunk wash might help. . .
another woman ran uphill more or less to try and simply get back to her car, but was unfortunately disoriented due to the panic and blinding, suffocating smells of whatever the under-grown monster threw at them. hard to navigate when you have been essentially been pepper sprayed with a stench bomb.
while the remaining three men ran away from the scene, also down the hill, one of them turning to where he would run along the side of the mountain. . . a pathological liar, a sociopath, and one who has the false mantle of 'justice', all three with rather particular direction as to where they ran.
only two of the remaining hunters of the dispersed group had the intentions of regrouping at the moment. . . hopefully this night's head of the group didn't let his temper get the best of him again. . . '

Cassius ran quickly, head to the ground. The subjects of his hunt had spread out, and he had come to chase them. Had he been a hunting dog, he could have sounded to the others to give away their location, but as he was, he had no such capacity. He simply had to find as many as he could, and bring them to justice.
He followed Emily, the bleeding woman, skulking low as he hunted. She had not gone far. There were many, but they were debilitated. None of them were as fast or strong as a beast like he was, and he knew it.
Cassius stopped as soon as he felt he was close, slinking about in the shadows to take her by surprise. The less she struggled, the better, as much as he would have liked her to fight back.
His next goal was to close in on her without her notice.
