[Kira does indeed take the fruit, but feels guilty for disobeying Edge. She tries asking forgiveness in hopes that they will let her keep the fruit and also nabs the crystal hoping that showing that off will make up for her possible trouble. She also notices Sjira has opened the coffin and momentarily distracted by that. She does not make any action or movement other than leaving Jed's shoulder/back once the fruit is picked.]
The moment she was allowed to, Kira hoisted herself nimbly up Jedidiah's body and quickly perched at the highest point she could. Her weight was near to nothing for the giant, and might've looked comically like a squirrel climbing a tree if not for their current situation.
Once she was higher, she was able to see the fruit much much better! They were indeed all different, although one in particular caught her eye. Edge's warning was very quickly shoved from her mind as the sweet smell and flawless surface of the fruit invited a strong urge of curiosity. Before she even had time to realize what she was doing, her arm had reached out and plucked the sole fruit from its branch. It was large, much larger than any of the fruit Zavijah had ever harvested, and had a weight and warmth to it that just felt....right. Pulling it towards herself, Kira held it with both hands, her feet gripping securely to Jedidiah as she examined her prize's texture and color. Then, almost suddenly, she remembered she was not supposed to do what she just did. Pressing the fruit to her middle suddenly, she hunkered low and looked down towards Edge with a surge of guilt and regret. He'd told her not to pick the fruit, and now that she had, he was probably going to get mad.
Quickly, Kira moved back from her spot on Jedidiah's back/shoulder and slide with clumsy haste to the ground. She kept the fruit tucked to her body, almost defensively as if someone might take it from her, and resumed her usual crouched position at their feet. "Kira be sorry, be is take fruit....b-but is ok!" She stammered, lifting the fruit slightly before bringing it back to her chest, "Is no bad, is good! Be is keep fruit for later, no pick more..." She then promised nervously, hoping they wouldn't take it from her or demand she hand it over. She even turned her body away slightly to try and hide what she'd done. When she looked away submissively, a glimmer of red caught her eye next and she perked immediately at the sight of the crystal. In a blind panic, Kira lunged forward and grabbed the crystal in her other hand before anyone could tell her not to, and held it out in display. An offering of sorts to alleviate any trouble she might now be in for picking the fruit. "Look! Is shiny be found! Found shiny rock, is be good too!"
Meanwhile, she briefly overheard some of the others talking over something about beggars, mutes, thieves and blindness. She didn't quite know what they were discussing in detail, and it seemed like they were also examining the blocky things. Were they important too? She could only guess, and watched with some apprehension as the green-haired boy named Sjira suddenly lifted the top of one of the blocks.

[OOC: Hau is unsure about the sarcophagi but doesn’t see any reason not to touch them. He’ll try to use his investigation on the sarcophagi and will also read any plaques/writing. (Rolled 17)]
Hesitantly Hau approached the set of six sarcophagi. They were so out of place here. Something as prestigious as marble didn’t seem like it should exist in this dank underground gloom. How had they come to be here? Why were they here? He paused next to one of them, looking into the face there. The carving was smooth and beautiful and immaculate. It was… mom? He froze, uncertain for a moment. But that was her, staring blankly from the stone, features delicately inlaid with gold. He looked to the sarcophagus behind him, found another familiar face. And beyond that one, another. Clare, Raven. He rushed down the line of sarcophagi. Trevor… and Opal. He paused at this last one, overcome by the impulse to touch it.
From the corner of his eye, he saw Sjira pushing the top off of another sarcophagus and knew there was no harm in the simple act. Hau traced his fingers along the cold marble of his little sister’s face, doubt and fear rippling through him. What was his ‘ohana doing here? These were coffins, places for the dead. His family wasn’t dead, they were still very much alive back in Hawaii.
Weren’t they?
He gripped the edge of the lid, fingers braced tightly, his joints going white as he resisted the urge to open it just to make sure. It would be empty, it had to be. But these not-dreams had a way of fooling you and he was as scared of finding something else in there, something dangerous, as he was of finding his family.
Hau went to the far side of the sarcophagi, looking for the writing he knew to be there. Maybe there was some explanation for this.

[Simon gives the Thimble to Aaron]
Simon looked up in surprise when the crystal appears. That voice had mentioned crystals, hadn't it? Did solving the puzzles give them Crystals? Doing tasks had been mentioned. So had a prize. It reminded him of a video game.
Simon turned to look in Nagi's direction, listening Who was Aaron...? Did he mean Eric? He looked back at the sewing stuff. His tail wagged, and he went to say he found it, that that sounds like the right answer, but all that came out was a 'harrr rurrrr' so he quickly shut up, looking a little irritated with himself. He picked up the thimble from the sewing materials, using his weird wolf hand,( which was a little difficult to do being that those were also his feet, but he's not gonna pick it up in his mouth he has like, a shred of dignity left) and brought it to Aaron Eric. Eric was calling the shots, so Eric got to make the final judgement call of if this is the right thing. Simon thought it was, but he was also aware he wasn't 100% there. Things were still a little foggy.

[OOC: Aaron tries to explain some more and suggests the hourglass as a candidate for most valuable thing. If the others agree, he will place it and the thimble on the pedestal.]
"Right. Sorry." Aaron faltered, trying to rephrase. "A Class B only affects a percent of the population within the zone of effect, at a regional scale or smaller. Um."
He set the book and candle on their pedestal, dusting his hands off absently. He kept catching himself trying to slip back into technical language, defining field agent terminology with more of the same.
"So a few people in the Wathais area on Halloween night. It pulls you to a separate plane of reality that uses altered laws of magic -"
Aaron's eyebrows rose as the offered items transformed. He wasn't sure what gems were good for, or whether the voice actually wanted them, but they to be on the right track.
"Yeah. Like that." He nodded at the gems and turned back to his search. "So don't take anything for granted. There may be other survivors too, but not all of them may be real. There were...fakes. My last time."
That was an uncomfortable thought. For the first time, Aaron wondered whether it was possible for the anomaly to imitate a real person. Koji claimed to see Moira, but none of the others had. If everyone corroborated the identities of group members, that would have to be good enough. He cast another glance at an hourglass he'd seen before. It was so plain next to the rest of this trove that he couldn't help but notice.
While the others discussed, Aaron stopped to examine it - cautiously. Even if injuries were temporary, he wasn't eager to pick up a curse or whatever else the place had waiting for them. His first concern was that it was a timer, but the interior glass seemed clean. No one had turned it in some time.
At the mention of a thimble, he glanced around the room. It looked like Simon had already found it - that wasn't right, was it? C20 lycanthropes didn't retain language. Now that he thought about it, it also looked like Simon had shrugged at him before.
"Good - thanks," he said, accepting the thimble. Jesus, that was close. He'd almost said 'good boy.'
Focus on the task. If the thimble was right, they had three out of four. Now they just needed something valuable. If not wealth, then what? Wisdom? Love? Those seemed like common ones. He wasn't sure how you'd represent something like that. Aaron glanced at the hourglass again. Hesitated. His brow furrowed slightly, and he picked it up.
"What about this?" He indicated the hourglass for the others to see. "Time? That valuable enough?"
Everyone in this room was a familiar sight in the late office hours. If anyone could appreciate the value of time, it would be them. But was it the most valuable thing here? Aaron, thinking of unfinished tasks and tomorrow's check-ins, certainly thought so. But he was lousy with riddles, and it was only once he had the group’s okay that he took the hourglass. There would probably be consequences for getting it wrong.

(OOC: recognizing the look In Sjira’s eyes, Edge attempts to distract the young dragon with compliments and conversation, suggesting that he could help him with the sarcophagus or help someone else with something. Edge rolls 18 wisdom to investigate sarcophagus E further.)
The darkness of the sarcophagus quickly struck Edge as off. It was too thick, too opaque, seeming more like a heavy, inky fog rather than actual darkness. As if it was there to obscure something. The shattered lid of the sarcophagus wasn’t exactly an encouraging sight either. Had something or someone been in it before? Or was it meant for someone who wasn’t there yet? He shook his head, trying not to think about it, trying to reassemble his thoughts and focus.
Before taking a closer look at the stone sarcophagus and its stance darkness, he took a glance around at the group, checking up on them all. To his relief they all seemed to be doing fine. However, he stopped at the young dragon, recognizing the look in his eyes. It was singleminded, so focused it was almost worrying. Edge had seen that look before, when they met on the mountain and the dragon had taken a liking to his pen. Perhaps the precious metals of the sarcophagus was too much of a temptation? Carefully, Edge began to approach Sjira, surprised to see him standing over an open sarcophagus. The corpse inside it made Edge’s skin crawl, seeing it devoid of life, bound on hands and feet. It seemed like such an unnatural place to be laid to rest for anyone.
However, he soon saw the crystal in the corpses hand, brilliant and yellow. Realizing that Sjira had found the right sarcophagus to open, Edge sent the dragon an encouraging smile as he came to stand beside him, half stepping in front of the sarcophagus, so that he at least obstructed some of the view of the gold. “Hey, good job there! Keep that up and this is gonna be a breeze”, he said with warmth in his eyes, hoping to gain Sjira’s attention, “why don’t you go lend me, or someone else who needs it, a second pair of eyes? I’m sure your help would be welcome no matter where you go.”
The Darai glanced back at the sarcophagus he ha been examining, knowing that he wasn’t done searching it yet, yet unable to shake the bad feeling he had about it. But then again, how was it even possible to have a good feeling about things in this place. Snapping out of thought he turned back to Sjira. “Either way, the sooner we can get out of here the better right?”, he said, half to himself, “I’ll be taking a look at that sarcophagus over there, just in case you think that sounds fun. Who knows, I might need some help with a riddle” With that he gestured to the sarcophagus he had come from, and waited a bit to see what Sjira would do.
Once the dragon had decided, Edge returned to the stone coffin, brows furrowing as he studied it, trying to see if he missed anything or could learn more from it.

[Faolan inspects the urn closer, before walking back to the group. Agrees the hourglass seems like the best fit. Rolled 8 for investigation]
Faolan hesitated in his search to inspect the urn more closely, since it seemed to stand out from the surrounding finery. It was a beautiful piece of artwork, but...so was everything else in the room. It didn't seem to have any special qualities that made it the most valuable item. The doctor turned away with a shrug. It was probably just the men in the artwork that had caught his attention.
"Seems like a good fit!" He called out to Aarons question from across the room, winding his way carefully through the hoard and back to the pedestals. Telmore was so good at this. They already had two crystals, and the thimble and the hourglass seemed perfect for the remaining riddles.
"Nice job with the thimble," he said to Nagi brightly, "I never would have gotten that."
The kirin still looked a bit dazed. No wonder. It was his first time experiencing this. As awful as it was, Faolan felt more resignation than fear, but of course it would be different for a newcomer.
"I know this whole thing is really unsettling, but it doesn't seem too bad this year. So far. And sometimes you don't remember it anyway." He tried for an encouraging tone, but it fell flat. Sounded forced, even to his own ears. "And like Aaron said, there's no lasting physical effects. It'll be over soon enough."
He glanced over to see how the hourglass and thimble were going, and did an immediate doubletake. Aaron was suddenly much faster than everyone else in the room - was that because of the hourglass? He took a bewildered step backwards, sharing a 'wtf' glance with Simon. That was weird. Hopefully the effect would stop when he placed it down...

[Moana exposits what she has learned, and proceeds to the table of unassuming stones to the east, rolling a freaking 20 to work out what they are]
“Maybe not too terribly obscure,” Moana murmured once she returned to Ari at the statues holding vials. “You’re right though, Ari. That one there is the symbol for the Sorcerer’s Stone – likely the eternal life for the child.” She reached out to indicate which one, but carefully did not press on it before moving to the alters. “Good call, Malgrim,” she grinned at the grey-skinned man, who seemed to be intently staring at a section of all. “I guess you come by that PI position honestly. I’m thinking it might be wise to have a solution for each of these before we do anything about it – once we start something in this room we may have very little time to finish it.”
Studying the alters, she shrugged elegantly. “These are probably tied to the gems in the window above. Lightning and arranging the candles, perhaps? Some Aussie must have pocketed my lighter, unfortunately." Moana turned from the window and approached the uncut pile of gemstones. “Speaking of gems, apparently we need the most valuable gem. I wonder what these all are?”

[Casmir muses on the situation, then carefully makes his way over to the Weapon Rack to check it out (Perception 4 with a +6 bonus, so 10, Investigation roll 16, no bonus.) While trying to examine the weapons, he notices his magic eye doesn't work, and advises the others to check their abilities.]
Casmir took note of how Ari spoke about this place; clearly, the boy had been here before, and had been rather scarred by the event. Well, at least that meant that dying here didn't mean you were dead permanently. Small comfort, but sometimes you took what you were given, regardless of how pithy it may have been. The Hunter was more concerned about the catling losing his composure at a critical moment, likely being overcome by his obvious PTSD and costing the group in some fashion- perhaps turning on them in a critical moment. If that happened, would Moana be able to keep him calm? Or would she cut her losses and simply kill him herself to spare the rest a setback? Would she turn on Casmir if he put Ari down to keep the rest of them safe?
It was too hard to tell, at the moment.
Deciding that that was a concern for a later time, the Hunter instead turned his attention to the weapons on the far wall. He had a feeling that the riddle involving the King wasn't exactly so clear-cut, but to disregard the weapons entirely wouldn't have been wise- it was possible there might be something of use among them, or they may feature into a different puzzle. “You, Malgrim,” he said, pointing over at half-goblin. “You look like you know your way around a blade. Come give me a hand with these weapons.” He was careful not to touch any of them, instead keeping his examination to a purely visual one.
Closing his left eye, he focused on the weapon racks solely with his right. “What the hell...?” he muttered to himself in bemusement. These things had to be booby-trapped, or at least magically preserved, given the state of this place. And yet his eye wasn't showing him any hint of magical interference. It was possible that the spells were simply very well-hidden, even beyond the limits of his eyes, but what would the point of that be?
Deciding to favor caution, he instead addressed the other three members of his troupe. “Just a heads up: If any of you have powers, you may want to check them. That goes for your usual strength, too. I think this place is messing with us in more ways than just dragging us here against our will...”

((Malgrim contemplates the horrors to come, assists Caz with the weapons and tries to gleam knowledge from the window) (investigate: 13+4: 17, perception 8, Religion 1+2: 3 pitiful)
Malgrim turned from looking at the wall and scratched his head. That could wait a little longer. Moana who doesn’t sing songs had the stones. Ari had the tiles. He wasn’t looking forward to what had clearly left a lasting impression on the kid. This room didn’t seem so bad right now and that worried him. He looked to the glass window again. It was too horrific though and he quickly looked away again.
“A really bad dream... cool. Alright hopefully you subconsciously remember me when you need a PI. Lucky I don’t have any powers then...”
He shrugged and moved quietly towards Casmir. He hoped he wouldn’t disappoint him. He wasn’t that well versed. He looked at the weapons trying to find something less obvious than a giant blade. He included anything possibly hidden.
“So what do you guys do for a living? You know apart from getting sucked into Halloween dreamscapes?”
He grinned. It was also best to get to know your fellow captives. He just hoped this was a Saw situation. That movie was messed up. He never understood humans.

"Kira, its alright. . That's a fairly nice sized fruit you were able to-" he started before a crystal suddenly appeared before her. . .
" . . .Hey Kira? Try to keep the shiny rock safe, ok? We might need it to get back home. " He stated.
He then turned to Edge. "We might need to solve more riddles. " he murmured; glancing at the eaatern most coffin. . . he frowned abit. .
"I'm going to go see if what the riddle says on that one, want to test a theory. . .please keep Kira safe. " He continued, before carefully heading towards the eastern coffin.

[OOC: Sjira is snapped out of it by Edge, and agrees to help him investigate his own sarcophagus. He takes the gem and follows Edge over, inspects the coffin with a Perception 14, and then says hi to Kira while giving Jed a slight stare down.]
Ultimately it was the way that Edge stepped in front of the coffin, breaking his view of the gold, that dragged the dragon's attention from the valuable metal. Sjira blinked, the fogginess coming out of his eyes as he refocused. A riddle, and... searching? Right, yes. Now wasn't the time to try and peel gold out of a potentially thousand-year-old stone lid.
"Y-Yeah, alright. I can help out."
Yet the dragon tilted slightly, trying to see around the Darai, but Edge moved seamlessly back into his view again. Whether that was on purpose or happenstance, though, Sjira couldn't be sure.
The juvenile took the topaz gem out of the old body's hand, told himself firmly that the gold didn't matter, and tucked the gem into his jeans pocket. He forced himself not to look back as he followed Edge to the stone coffin with it's strange darkness and peered inside. It was a bit like gazing down into a chasm, although something felt weird about the air here. The juvenile sniffed, trying to get a scent.
The scent he got, however, was bat and man, and Sjira turned his head to look at the strange Kira and the enormous Jedidiah as they approached. Something deep within him curled at the looming shape of the human, a tweak in the gut that nearly left him weak-kneed, but he didn't turn and run as he might have once. A dead stare met the human's gaze, then moved to Kira.
"Hi," he said to her, raising a hand in greeting, before stuffing it back into his pocket.

[ Ari pushes the button that Moana pointed out. 7+4 = 11 Acrobatics/Reflex to GTFAway from the button after it is pressed. ]
Ari fidgeted, resisting the urge to follow when Moana moved away to examine the gems. She had indicated the tile that stood for the 'eternal life' that they wanted, but she hadn't pressed it. He still wasn't sure it was safe to press, that it might not be some sort of trap - he was fairly certain that pressing the wrong tile would definitely trigger a trap. Perhaps it would be best to wait until they were fully sure...? But he remembered the previous nightmares, the sense of urgency, of darkness crushing in if one waited too long.
The shifter drew a deep breath, then stepped down hard on the tile that Moana had indicated, pressing until he felt something trigger. Then he scrambled back as quickly as he could, just incase something bad happened.

Group 1:
Edge, Jedi, Kira, Sjira, Hau : 3 Crystals. 1 Exotic Fruit
Group 1 map: photos.app.goo.gl/Z2v83Bgee8m5p9mR6
Jedi heads down towards another lone sarcophagus ( C ), which has a riddle engraved on its top; “You can hear me, you can see what I do. Me, you cannot see. What am I?” There are arcane symbols on the surface of the sarcophagus that seems to represent alphabetical letters. Please roll a Language check, or an Arcana check. Hau does not have much time to speculate on the sarcophagi (A). As soon as he places his hands upon their smooth surfaces, the lids begin to move all on their own, shifting off and falling to the floor with a loud thud. The heavy lids crack as they come into contact with the earth. For a second, the interior of the sarcophagi appear to be still and empty, then, suddenly, six figures lurch out of the abyss. The familiar figures of his mothers, his sister, his brother and his uncle all leap from the sarcophagi and lurch up towards him. Their bodies are just as he remembers, but pale and faded in death, hands curled outwards as if to attack. Their eyes are sunken, skin tight, and their teeth are slightly exposed as their flesh curls back. The last coffin is still and empty, thus far. And yet, he can tell that something is not right about this… It was so real and yet, it cannot be… Please roll a Wisdom save(roll d20) Edge focused his will upon the interior of the sarcophagus ( E ), and as if by optical illusion, the shroud of the spell that protected its contents melted away, and within was a single purple crystal in a round cut, sitting on the cushion that ordinarily supported a human body. It was there for the taking, as easily as it took a keen eye and a strong will to see it… Kira now has a large fruit. It has a sweet smell, and she has the sense it probably tastes good too. Maybe it has other good qualities. Either way, she chose wisely. The other sarcophagi are laid out before them. Something terrifying is happening to Hau but she cannot see anything besides that the lids slide off the coffins and fall to the ground. Sjira picks up the crystal, and joins Edge in their discovery of the purple gem. He can also hear something terrifying happening to the lone Hau. Group 2: Casmir, Moana, Ari, Malgrim: 1 Crystal Group 2 map: photos.app.goo.gl/Wa7R26ifpwNsDJGp9
Ari depresses the chosen tile, and there is a loud click. A strange grinding whirr seems to take place inside the statue, and then, somehow, the fingers uncoil, and the vial is now flat in its hands. Within the vial, Ari can see clearly, is a small stone suspended in a reddish fluid. It certainly seems to be what they are looking for. There was a feeling of rightness when he put it in his hand. When it was returned to the statue of the child, the stone fingers wrapped around the vial, and suddenly a blood-red crystal appeared in the child’s hands in its place. Casmir sees many mundane, yet dangerous-looking weapons while searching. Indeed it seemed that he’d find more and more varieties, some rare and some common, in every nook and cranny in the weapon display. Anything from poison to large blades were here. However, both he and Malgrim come across a single, simple longsword that seems to stand out. A rusted sword, greatly aged, with the words “Peacemaker” engraved into its blade. A single dried olive branch is wrapped about its handle. Malgrim cannot deduce much from the terrifying stained glass window. It’s gruesome and he does not enjoy looking upon it. Moana in the meantime, looks upon the unpolished stones, and, on a whim, picks up one and turns it in the light. After a moment’s reflection (in a somewhat literal sense), she realizes that it is tanzanite, the most valuable gemstone in the world, found only in one location in Africa. Why she knows this, she is not sure, perhaps she watched a documentary on it once. Either way, the stone seems to feel right in her hands. Group 3:
Group 3 Map: photos.app.goo.gl/Bte56gncpDgu98jNA
Aaron, Faolan, Simon, Nagi : 4 Crystals
Nagi has a moment of peace while the others find the items they have settled upon retrieving. There is a feeling of rightness over the choice of the thimble, and the hourglass they had settled on. He senses that something in the room changes as the objects are placed upon their pedestals and transformed into crystals, and then, a release of air pressure as the doors click open. Simon picked up the golden thimble with ease, and once it was placed on the pedestal, it transformed into another crystal. This one becomes a green crystal with the clarity of an emerald. He then feels something about the room change. Faolan has the sense they have chosen the correct pieces. He watches as time seems to speed for Aaron and Aaron alone, until the hourglass is placed upon the final pedestal. Aaron picked up the hourglass to look at it, and in that moment, time seemed to slow to a crawl for everyone else but himself. Time moved at half-speed, voices slowed, his companions and coworkers speaking with deepened voices, reactions dampened. Yet he moved at normal speed, unhindered. When he placed the item upon the pedestal, the final crystal, a fist-sized purple crystal, appeared. There was a moment of silence, and then the two visible doors quivered slightly and clicked in a way that seemed to indicate they were open. The light within this chamber dimmed, and only a torch near the door seemed to still be brightly lit. The chamber was telling them to move on. The Torch appeared to be removable if they wish to take it. **All three groups hear the muffled sounds of an echoing rumble coming from somewhere outside their rooms. The noise is like a mixture between a gunshot, and an avalanche, shattering the peaceful, deathly silence of the maze. A Nature check can identify the sound as falling rubble, as from a building crumbling and striking other stones on its way down.
Group 1 feels the slight shake of the impact as the rubble falls. It must be nearby; yet their room remains structurally stable and shows no signs of collapse.
After a moment, there are only the sounds of minor debris falling from somewhere far above… **

(( Malgrim will take the olive branch from the sword, trying not to set off possible traps, badly. (Sleight of hand: 3+6= 9 Acrobatics : 14+6:20) Then place it into the hands of the sarcophagus king/knight.))
Grim tried to carefully extract the olive branch from the sword , a hunch tells him this is what they’re after. Peace means prosperity for a kingdom which a king covets and it’s no good for knightly types. He went over and proudly placed it in the hands of the sarcophagus. Then he flinched, skittering away and hoping it didn’t go off in some horrific way. He peaked behind long fingers at his gamble.

[Summary: Nagi snarks at Aaron for forgetting he's blind. Makes a Nature roll (16) to identify the distant rumbling. He has not left the room yet, but will follow Faolan, Simon and Aaron through whatever door they choose.]
"Yeah. Like that."
"Right. Like that, huh?" Nagi deadpanned. "Yes, very helpful. I can definitely see that with my eyes." There was no resisting the sarcasm, even in light of the bizarre circumstances.
At least now he could say he had a better grasp of what was happening. In theory, anyway. They had been pulled into some sort of alternate dimension kind of deal, where the normal rules of reality didn't necessarily apply. And apparently where abstract riddles were valid substitutes for door locks. Nagi still had questions but felt if he pressed Aaron for any more detail the agent might just implode.
So their choices were made and the answers were placed on the respective pedestals. Nagi was confident in their answers, and it seemed that they had done well as a pair of sharp clicks echoed through the chamber. Somewhere a set of doors had presumably opened. Nagi beamed at their success, though the smile was dashed when an ominous rumble shook the room. It was from somewhere far off and almost reminded him of distant thunder, or mountain landslides. The sound faded, though it was a few tense moments before Nagi dared to take a step, just in case that rumble had headed their way. It didn't appear to be the case, thankfully.
Using the makeshift white cane, the kirin gingerly felt his way forward, stopping again as Faolan pulled even with him. The doctor's words were a comfort, and Nagi smiled brightly in his direction. "Well hey, at least we've got a handle on this teamwork thing, right? Maybe this won’t be so bad. I always wanted to go on an adventure. Maybe I'll find The One Ring!" He chuckled in spite of his previous unease, which hadn't exactly dissipated but had lessened somewhat with their little victory.
"So, what now? We go solve more puzzles?" he asked curiously. "Though I'd appreciate if someone else took point. For... obvious reasons."
